Recycled Foamex
Printed directly to the board using latex inks for scratch and scuff resistance, our foamex is a PVC based board and suited to both indoor and outdoor use. It can be easily drilled, screwed or glued into place. This option is made from 92% recycled content with a black core and white printable surface to both sides.

If you would like your board(s) to be shape cut then there are some specific requirements for your artwork, in order for us to complete this for you. If you are not sure, our design team can manage this for you, there is a small artworking charge to do so. These instructions assume that you are using Adobe Illustrator.
To cut to any shape other than the page box, please provide a cut path in the file. This should have a stroke with a spot colour named CutContour, the colour you choose doesn't matter but it helps if it is a high contrast colour so that you can identify it in the artwork.
Place your cut path on a separate layer above the design and set the stroke to 'overprint'.
Artwork should be a PDF with 3mm bleed beyond the cut path.
