We are proud to use T3 as our modular exhibition stand system, the world’s most versatile modular display system. 

T3 is a great option for both space only and shell-scheme stands, we have other options for shell-scheme stands too, including Shell-Clad rollable Correx, and Honeycomb panels

T3 can incorporate backlit or frontlit graphics for maximum impact, on a variety of fabric, semi-rigid and rigid substrates for maximum flexibility. 

As it is modular it can easily be reconfigured for different exhibitions, reusing your printed graphics to maximise your investment; and improve the sustainability of exhibitions and events. 

Our in-house CAD and graphic design capability, coupled with the flexibility of T3, allows us to create bespoke stand builds without the bespoke price tag. 

Our service can include everything from design through to breakdown, including the hire of all the T3 components needed for your exhibition, as well as the printed graphics too, of course.

We quote each element separately so you can choose the combination of design, production, install and breakdown you need.

Once you have decided to work with us, we take a detailed brief for the stand design. For space-only stands our design team will create a 3D design that incorporates your requirements, and that allows us to provide a final quote for the print and hire cost too.

Our design process is iterative and provides ample opportunity for your team to feedback, comment and make revisions. We want you to be delighted with the results!

Once you are satisfied with the design we proceed to production, and for space-only stands we test build the entire stand before delivery. We can deliver, install and breakdown the stand after the event too.

We believe strongly in dramatically improving the sustainability of exhibitions and we are committed to:

  • Reducing waste throughout our operation, including zero waste on site at events
  • Using reusable components wherever possible, and ensuring that anything that cannot be reused is recycled wherever possible
  • Reducing emissions through the efficient transport of freight. For London events we use electrically-assisted cargo bikes for deliveries wherever practicable
  • Transporting our own crew by cycle or public transport for UK events, and by road or rail, rather than air for international events
  • Graphics are printed using environmentally-sustainable methods, using water-based inks and adhesives where this is possible. We are always investigating new printing technologies to ensure our print is as sustainable as it can be, and we have invested in the latest energy-efficient printers
  • Reducing electricity use on-site by supplying only LED lights

We can rent a wide range of furniture for your stand including tables, chairs and bar stools. 

We can also supply items such as coffee machines, fridges, as well as stocking these with all the items you need for a successful exhibition.

If required, we are able to supply a modular flooring system. This gives a raised floor of approximately 30mm above the venue flooring, sufficient to run electrical cabling through.

We can apply floor graphics (link to floor graphics page) directly to the panels to brand areas of the stand, or for additional visual impact.

We construct all stands in full prior to the event, in order to test and validate the design. We share images of the pre-built stand for your piece-of-mind.

Our team can fully manage the logistics of getting the stand to the venue, and the build and breakdown process. We provide you a detailed timeframe of when the stand will be built and dismantled, and you’ll have a dedicated contact on site who will be delighted to meet your team during build-up in order to review the stand.

If you are an agency, print-service provider or other trade customer then we are able to offer our inventory of T3 components on a hire-only basis. This may be particularly useful if you are looking to supplement your own inventory.
